3 THINGS ALL OVER-THINKERS NEED TO MOVE FORWARD

Three things over thinkers need to move forward .....🤔🤗

1. The right goal or focus: 
_
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve found myself working towards something only to get to the other end and find it was just not for me all along. Mostly this has been because I was doing what I thought I SHOULD be doing rather than what I wanted to do. Creating a goal or focus that fully in alignment to who you are is crucial and stops all of that mind chatter and uncertainty.

2. The right pace of life: 
_
As a recovering workaholic, I can tell you it’s not easy to change pace. But when we are always rushing and always busy, busy, busy we are just not operating as our best selves. We can’t think properly. We either talk ourselves out of stuff or burn out. 
Imagine how different life could be if you found a pace and groove that you really like? More time for you? More time to live and have fun?

3. A calm mind:
_
When we are stressed out and overwhelmed by being too busy we naturally over think and over analyse everything. Its our brains way of keeping us safe. It’s no wonder we feel stuck all the time. Learning strategies to calm your mind can boost your productivity! That’s right, resting can make you not only a happier person but can bring a wonderful sense of clarity of mind. That lovely sense of feeling calm, confident and in control. Sound good? Or are you too busy? 🤭
