What we will cover:

WEEK 1

The big review. This week we will be looking at what's working and not working in your life and creating a blueprint for change.

WEEK 2

Breaking the cycle of overwhelm. This training will help you work out what your overwhelm style is and take action to stop it in its tracks. 

WEEK 3

Building your road map. This week we will pull together your new vision which incorporates more of what you need.

WEEK 4

Mindset for action. During this final week, I will help you to start taking action. Giving you the mindset tools you need to keep you moving forward. 


HOW IT WORKS

This is an online and self study course and be taken by absolutely anyone who has found that overwhelm has held them back from reaching their goals.

All of the units for for this course will be emailed to you directly so that you can chose to either consume a unit each week or complete it in your own time. There will also be a secret Facebook group where you can access all of the links and also meet other students. Participation in this group is completely optional.

Each week on a Friday there will be a live Q&A session with me on Zoom. During this session each participant will have the chance to ask any questions they have and gain support directly. If you are unable to make the call you can send your questions to me via the group or on email to be answered during the zoom session.

The Facebook group is also there for you to ask for any help you need during the course so you are fully supported.


HOW TO BOOK:

  1. Click the button for your chosen payment option below and follow the instructions to pay via PayPal. Don’t worry if you don’t have an account you can pay by card. Just go to create account and it will direct you to the guest checkout. ( no need to create an account)

  2. Once payment has been completed I will send an email to the email address you used to pay with. This will give you your joining instructions and a link to join the secret Facebook group.

  3. All of the units will be emailed to you directly from the start of the course along with the link to join the weekly Q&A on Zoom. The links will also be posted in the group. You will be encouraged to interact and share in the private Facebook group but it’s totally optional.
