It’s like having thoughts trapped in your head that you just can’t let go of. You just can’t move on. You are always on edge and over analysing everything.. But really you just want to feel calm.

Over-thinking, or having high functioning anxiety as it's sometimes known as, is absolutely exhausting. Of course, these women don’t mean to be this way, it just becomes a really bad habit.

This thinking style can start to develop at any time, often it can be triggered by a lifestyle change.  Here are some very common triggers that can cause this kind of thought process to take over:
