For years I thought that I was the only person in the world who struggled with their emotions. I used to worry constantly and spent years stuck in my own head. I never talked openly about it because I didn’t want the label of having mental health problems. After gaining help myself through a therapist and coach, I’ve made it my mission to make it okay for women to ask for help, to take the ‘mental’ out of mental health so that people can see that they are normal.
